How does the sales and payout process work on dibsondance.com?

Our partnership model is as simple as possible, so you can focus on organizing your event rather than paperwork. The entire process consists of 4 easy steps:

Publication – List your dance event on the portal in just a few minutes and start selling immediately.
Sales – Dancers buy tickets via our instant payment system and receive immediate confirmation.
Payout – Funds are transferred to your account automatically after each transaction (per Stripe cycle), minus our commission.
Invoicing – If any sales occurred during the month, you will receive a monthly VAT invoice covering all commissions collected during that period.

How much is the commission and how is it settled?

We believe in full transparency. Our commission is the only cost of using the platform – no subscription fees, no hidden extras:

Rate: A flat fee of 4% + 1 PLN per ticket sold.
Convenience: The commission is automatically deducted at the moment of purchase. You never have to send us separate payments.
Your Profit: You receive the "net" amount directly into your account, making your event budget much easier to manage.

What accounting documents will I receive?

Your invoices are generated automatically on a monthly basis:

Monthly Invoice: If any sales occurred during the month, you will receive a VAT invoice covering the total commissions collected during that period.
Delivery: The document is sent directly to your email address.
Business Expense: The invoice serves as a legitimate business expense, allowing you to deduct VAT and lower your taxable income.

When will I receive the money for my ticket sales?

Your funds are automatically transferred to your account within 7 days of each transaction. You can track your real-time sales and payout status at any time in your Organizer Dashboard.
